This Account page is where you can update your account information. Current available features include: add/update a First Name and Last Name, change your email address, and change your password. The password area also has a basic color coded strength indicator of any new password.
Since the First Name and Last Name are a required field if you want to update your profile, you can just enter “First” for the First Name field and “Last” for the Last Name field, or just about whatever you would like in there if you want to keep your name hidden/private.
Once you have made the updates you were looking to make, press the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the form fields to save your changes.
